Barbecues are fun, but it’s a lot of smoke. Too much smoke!
Not very pleasant for the one who blows on the embers, nor for the neighbors.
Fortunately, there is a simple trick to make the bbq smoke a lot less.
The trick is to throw a pinch of coarse salt on the embers of the barbecue:
How to do
1. Take coarse salt.
2. Throw a pinch of coarse salt into the barbecue hearth.
3. Repeat if the smoke leaves.
And there you have it, your barbecue makes much less smoke 🙂
This trick has another advantage. It also helps to maintain the fire longer.
