It is sometimes very easy to leave your car in the garage for journeys of less than 2 km.
Instead, I can use public transport, my bike, my roller blades, my scooter or just walk there.
All means are good to reduce its fuel consumption.
Savings made
As unbelievable as it may sound, my car uses 50% more fuel during the first mile, the instant my engine is warming up!
By leaving my car at home for journeys of less than 2 km, I consumes much less gasoline and therefore money.
As a quarter of the trips are less than 1 km, I save fuel quickly and easily.
The less I use my car, the less I spend on gasoline unnecessarily, the more I save and gain in purchasing power!
