In capsule
Take 2 capsules of dry extract during dinner and then 2 more before going to bed.
In fluid extract
Take 5 ml of EPS (fluid extracts of fresh plants) of eschscholtzia to be diluted in a large glass of water or fruit juice, and in no case of alcohol, 1 to 2 times / day without meals.
Precautions
Eschscholtzia is not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women, those allergic to morphine and codeine.
